Our client has a requirement for an administrator to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis. The role will include some Reception duties but you will be mainly based alongside the busy order administration team.

Hours of work: 8.30 to 4.45 Monday to Thursday

8.30 to 3.30 Friday

Duties will include:

Logging e-mails into a database

Forwarding e-mails to the relevant person

Basic report generation

Setting up new accounts

Assisting with price and delivery information

Reception cover - including welcoming visitors

Sorting incoming and outgoing post

Transferring calls to the relevant department

Generating business cards
