Support HL to transform and deliver a market leading client service experience across all channels and touch points by managing the channel development strategy across multiple teams. The CRM capability manager will work closely with multiple teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the business, ensuring that product evolution is in line with business and regulatory requirements.

What you'll be doing

  • Management of the product development life cycle to ensure that it meets the requirements of both colleagues and clients
  • Support the creation and delivery of the product development strategy in partnership with senior members of the transformation team
  • Oversee multiple teams involved in the process to deliver HL products and to ensure that product evolution is in line with business and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other leaders and end users across the business to ensure product evolution is in line with business and regulatory requirements
  • Establish the key features of our tooling and use internal and external insights to create specifications and prototypes to deliver a market leading client service experience

About you

  • Expert technical background of contact centre technology
  • Proven experience in product management or related role
  • Strong knowledge of every aspect of the product development life cycle
  • Excellent verbal communication and inter partnership skills
  • Proven ability to manage and supervise multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Understanding of business drivers, KPIs, stakeholder motivations and commercial metrics
  • Ability to analyse complex data to identify colleague & client requirements

Working Pattern

  • Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week. Hybrid working available from our Bristol Office, BS1 5HL
