Reed Business Support are looking for someone who has the following skills/experience:- Excellent customer service skills- Good written and verbal communication skills- Previous customer service experience- Work well under pressure- Objection handling- Experience handling a high volume of calls
You will need to be numerical as you may sometimes be required to solve calculations and provide customers with accurate calculations.
You will be answering incoming calls and some duties will include:- Transferring calls to the relevant department- Complaints handling- Answering any customer queries- Providing calculations such as remaining balance
