It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role will work remotely 100% of the time and will share a hoteling workspace if/when working onsite, as determined by business needs. The incumbent can work remotely from anywhere in the United States, unless otherwise specified in the job posting. Work location is subject to change based on business needs.
About this Role:

The Developer, Technology is responsible for collaborating with the Delivery team to ensure the solutions developed will deliver value and improve the quality of the software. This includes partnering with the Systems Analyst and Testers on the Delivery team to define tasks and provide final estimates for User Stories. The Developers are responsible for attending and participating in all Scrum ceremonies.
  • Contribute to team development efforts towards successful product delivery
  • Provide technical support to the squad through coaching and mentorship
  • Promote and leverage good object-oriented design and implementation practices
  • Provide reference implementations that can be shared with the team for learning and team growth
  • Support a container and serverless approach to our software development practices leveraging AWS Container Services and Lambdas.
  • Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits
  • Embrace and execute CI/CD automation of testing and deployments for both non-prod and production cloud native runtime environments
  • Analyze and resolve technical and business logic problems
  • Monitor, promote , and propose emerging technologies for adoption that can help facilitate better efficiencies, increased agility and performance, reduced complexities, and improved automation
  • Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions that meet the needs of our customers and partners in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Work closely during design and implementation phase with our product owner, architect, UX designer, security engineer, platform engineer and compliance analyst to make sure we are incorporating and accounting for non-functional requirements that meet usability, performance, reliability, security, and audit/compliance practices for our servicing and cloud contact center solution
