Are you obsessed by health & safety, team development and all that goes with being the leader of an insane workplace?You will be comfortable turning your hand to any area needed with previous hospitality and leisure experience preferable and have the flexibility required to cover a variety of shifts per week including bank holidays and weekends.Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Director or Regional Support Manager, your role is responsible for overseeing the organisation's daily operations and managing the business aspects of the track. Your primary duties include reviewing and implementing operational procedures, assisting departmental heads and managing company finances. You will aim for operational excellence and achieve KPIs inline with the company's expectation. You will continue to coach and grow your crew members and assist the wider business in being recognised as a Great Place to Work.Responsibilities: Ensuring a high and consistent standard of customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints To create a safe, unique and exciting experiences for everyone Overseeing operations, including maintenance, cleanliness and efficiency Interviewing, hiring and training new employees, completing weekly staffing rota's and addressing any complaints or performance issues as needed Ensuring that all employees follow company policies, as well as Health & Safety regulations Initiating and driving marketing efforts and informing customers and employees about promotions or event Review People Champion meetings/feedback with the People champion each month to understand how positive change can be implemented . Ensuring the site is always clean and inviting for all our customers to enjoy.
