IT Support Technician. You will provide IT support on email, direct and telephone based support for staff with all IT-related queries (hardware, operating systems, & applications) in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring calls are logged, allocated, followed up and closed in. Working hours to be covered are between 0730 - 1730 on an rota system on a 37.5 hour week.

You must have:

  • Windows 10 / 11 Operating Systems.
  • Active Directory Management (New Starters / Leavers, account permissions).
  • User administration in Telephony system (VoiP).
  • Windows 10 / 11 Computers - Hardware.
  • Network printers.
  • Excellent end user / customer services skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Any skills in Windows Server 2012 & 2019 Operating Systems, 3rd Party Applications and application management, Mobile Device Support (iOS / Android - All releases via MDM), Back Up administration (Change tapes / Monitoring jobs etc), Back Up administration (Change tapes / Monitoring jobs etc), Wireless Access Points, Network cards/cables/devices, Firewalls (Watchguard) /ADSL router management, Veeam Backup and Replication are a big bonus!
