Salary: £27,000-£34,000 + Bonus

I am exclusively supporting a global engineering supplier working heavily in the Aerospace industry. This company have direct relationships with Airbus, Beoing and Collins Aerospace.

They have an exceptional culture throughout their offices, have opportunities to travel and progress within the company.

Due to expansion I am leafing the search for a Key Account Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate with have a minimum of 3 years within a customer service, or Account Manager/ Sales role preferably within a technical industry.

Package Details:

  • £27,000-£34,000 (Dependent on experience)
  • 25 days holiday + All Bank holidays
  • Pension Scheme.

  • Working hours Monday Friday 8:45-5:15

Role details:

  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives
  • Suggest solutions that answer clients' needs and wants
  • Ensure the ordered products are delivered in a timely manner
  • Serve as contact point for key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way
  • Gather, report, and communicate customers' feedback on service
  • Measure, track and analyze key account metrics
  • Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
  • Participation in customer meetings and visits

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Capable of listening and understanding customer needs
  • Ability to develop long term relationships
  • Self-motivated and able to work within the priorities established by your manager
  • Ability to manage multiple project proposals combined with prospecting - short - medium- and long-term pipeline
  • Effective time management
  • Commercial awareness
  • Excellent organizational, planning and reporting skills.
  • High level numeracy and literacy
  • Knowledge of all Microsoft products
  • Prior sales experience in account management is an advantage
