Monis is the global leader in convertible bond and equity-linked data, analytics, trading & risk systems. Serving hundreds of clients and thousands of users across the sell-side and buy-side, Monis enables users to make informed, rapid decisions for issuing, trading or investing in convertible bonds and related derivatives based on the comprehensive analysis of complex market variables. The convertible bond software delivers a complete portfolio overview and enables the evaluation of different trading strategies and management of risk across all trading books, helping to efficiently identify market opportunities.

The Monis team is a collection of highly specialized, self-motivated and collaborative professionals spanning a range of functional & technical disciplines: software development, quantitative finance, data researchers, market & application specialists and product support & management.

Our market is growing, and so are we! We are looking to add to our managed services team so we can continue to provide the highest levels of service and client satisfaction to our expanding client base.

What you will be doing

The role is to support traders, portfolio managers and risk managers using the Monis software, both technically and functionally.

 You will perform small projects including new client onboarding and upgrades
 You will provide in-depth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries
 You will provide quantitative analysis where required
 You will engage with prospective clients during the sales process
 You will build long-term relationships with our clients through your continued support of their applications and related business challenges
 You will contribute to the evolution of our products and services by serving as an access point to our product management process
 You will document client information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development

What you bring

 Strong analytical skills
 Knowledge in programming, business analysis or implementation of software products
 Organizational and time management skills required
 Self-starter with proven ability to work independently
 Excellent oral and written communications skills
 Strong problem-solving skills

Added bonus if you have

 Quantitative Analysist background
 Knowledge of Convertible Bonds 
 Prior experience of supporting trading platforms
 Interest or experience in finance, trading or the asset management industry
 Prior experience with Monis applications
