Working with a new Client based in Rochdale we are looking to appoint an Office Manager on a part time or full time basis.
Working hours are open to negotiation if part time. If considering on a full time basis there may be a need work across 2 sites - Rochdale and Burnley.
This is a great opportunity for someone to take on a varied role and really get involved with the dynamics of the business.
Duties will include:
Invoices - sales ledger and purchase ledger
Banking and payments
Managing office supplies and contracts
Liaising with Suppliers and Customers
Arranging transport for UK and International sales
Assist with the Quality system
Provide general support for smooth running of the office
The successful Candidate will need previous experience in a similar role and be able to hit the ground running. They will also ideally have experience using SAGE.
