Who are we looking for?

Sales Development Specialist - Europe

  • We are looking for efficient salespeople who will take us to the next revenue level, with the following qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B sales for at least two years (Saas, Cloud, Computer Software)

  • Self-starter, proactive sales enthusiast (able to create call lists, schedule calls, and meetings),

  • Able to work as a team with Business Development Executives,

  • A vast network of small, mid, and large size of clients,

  • Highly flexible for travelling,

  • Located in or around London (The work setup will be hybrid in the Spaces Office, Farringdon Road, London)

  • Explosive energy.

What is your role?

  • Run searches actively to create target client lists per country, industry, and region,

  • Call and schedule meetings with potential customers,

  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities,

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market,

  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers/partners and sales executives,

  • Participate in sales meetings,

  • Create sales qualified leads to fill up the sales funnel,

  • Prepare proposals,

  • Create revenue.

What are the role's success criteria?

  • Sales Funnel Efficiency metrics,

  • Net New Contract Value,

  • Retention and Renewal Ratios,

  • Average Ticket Size.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 minimum years of experience required

  • Experience working with Telemarketing, SaaS sales, CRM management
