Day to day:• To provide generalist HR advice across all aspects of employee relations including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, absence• To keep up to date with employment law and changes in legislation• Monitoring long term absence for a designated case load; submitting and managing occupational health referrals, i.e., Supporting management and colleagues through the long-term sick cycle• To effectively communicate at all levels of the business to influence, challenge and negotiate across all business areas• To support relevant Management and Business Partners with daily projects and casework• To coach line managers on policies and procedures to ensure consistency of approach across the business• To ensure engagement between the team, management, and other business functions• To provide excellent customer service to all colleagues
What experience do you need?• HR Generalist experience• Ideally you will have experience of large company processes• ER case work and TUPE experience is desired but not essential• You must be available for an immediate start
Company and Advisor benefits:
• Salary £30,000 to £36,755 + 10% increase in Jan 2023• Full time, permanent Mon to Fri 37.5 hours per• Office is in Woolpit Suffolk and offers a hybrid working from home pattern (2-3 days remote)• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays• Onsite canteen• Free parking• Car allowance• Up to 10% pension contribution
