About the team

Corporate Treasury is responsible for the direction and management of treasury and banking and capital structure strategies for FIS. This includes the care and custody of FIS' cash and other financial assets and for banking relationships worldwide, including foreign exchange risks. Treasury manages relationships with external parties such as banks and credit ratings agencies. The team develops and implements treasury policies and procedures applicable to all subsidiaries of FIS and acts as a partner to our business units. Through these tasks, the goal is to optimize the utilization and efficiency of financial assets, maintain appropriate leverage and utilize FIS' balance sheet to enhance shareholder return

What you will be doing

This role involves Treasury project management, such as integration/migration to meet timeline and critical milestones, facilitate Treasury Centre services expanding to eligible FIS subsidiaries.  Bridging FIS segments and interface Treasury Centre with other projects, such as RealNet/Project Move, promoting and advocating Treasury practices/policies and providing effective Treasury solutions. Supporting role to WP expansion in new and existing markets and back-up to team members.  This role also requires undertaking other tasks/projects as may assigned from time to time.

  • Treasury project management

  • Co-ordination with consultants and projects leads tracking project timeline and critical milestones

  • Collate and store projects documentation, process documentation and audit requirements

  • Treasury Centre responsibilities, P&L

  • Facilitate and coordinating Treasury Centre services (details TBD)

  • Improve Treasury Centre cash position with Worldpay entities adding to the pool

  • Shared resource among Ken's Direct reports on PM role

  • Back-up for team member. Bank guarantees, banking relationships, bank account management liaison with Bank Admin Team, etc.

  • Promoting, advocating and educating Treasury practices and policies

  • Supporting role to Geo /existing market expansion

  • Bridging between Worldpay and FIS, providing an effective & efficient Treasury services

  • Evaluate/Discussion with Products on requirements and solutions

  • Interface Treasury Centre with RealNet/Project Move

What you bring

  • Graduate degree in Finance and/or Accounting

  • 3-5 years of experience in Treasury operations

  • Project management experience is advantageous

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • Good work ethics, self-motivated and keen willingness to learn
